Yes, we ship globally via insured premium carriers to ensure your rough arrives safely.

How accurate are the yields?

The Expected Yield on our Technical Specs table is an expert estimate based on decades of experience, but final weight depends heavily on the cutter's design and skill.

Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. You have a full 10 day inspection period.

If for some reason you purchase something and it fails to meet your approval, send it back for a full refund less shipping and handling charges and a small credit card processing fee if a credit card was used.

All items must be returned unaltered in any way. Altered rough may not be returned. If you cut or polish on a piece, it's yours. Parcels must be in full, no cherry picking allowed!

If the parcel does not match our records (stone count, weight, picture, etc.) it will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the parcel back to you. This is to protect everyone.

I try my best to accurately describe the rough, however there just no substitute for a first hand inspection with rough. I'm human and occasionally make mistakes. If you find something I missed or described wrong, please let me know.

I use pictures to show clarity and shape. There are too many variables to use these for showing color, but I try to show a very close true to life representation. More weight should be placed on the description than the picture.
